Paint for wheels Wheel Paint

One-component paint for wheel rims.

Specially designed for painting steel wheels and decorative wheel caps, it can also be used for painting various car parts. High cutting ability and fast drying time. Excellent adhesion to filler soils, single-component soils and pre-cleaned and polished old paint.

Surface preparation:

Thoroughly degrease with Mixon Cleaner 770 silicone cleaner.
Grind with abrasive P500-P600. Immediately before application, degrease again.

Diluent:

Dilutes to 10-20% with Mixon Acrylic or Mixon Thinner 780 solvent.

Applying:

The paint must be thoroughly mixed. Apply in 1-2 layers with a 1.3 mm nozzle diameter gun under a pressure of 2-3 bar with an interval between layers of 10-15 minutes. Spray viscosity 20-22 sec. DIN 4 at 20°C. Do not apply at a temperature below +15°C and an air humidity above 70%. Consumption: 10-15 m2/L (in one layer).

Drying time:

14 hours for 20°C. 1 hour at 60°C.

Storage conditions and time:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life is 36 months at a temperature of 20°C.
