2K acrylic high-gloss colorless varnish with a high content of dry residue.
It has excellent mechanical, chemical and atmospheric resistance. Varnish spreads well and has an excellent shine. It is applied in two layers. After drying, it is quickly and easily polished.

Mixing proportions:
Varnish Clearcoat 241 – 2 parts by volume.
Hardener M 725 – 1 part by volume.
Thinner Mixon 740 – 10-15% by volume of the mixture.
The application time from the moment of mixing with the hardener is 1 hour at 20°C.
Drying time:
14 hours for 20°C. 45 min. for 60°C.
Instructions for use:
Adhering to the proportions, mix the components to a uniform consistency. Apply in 2-3 layers with a gun with a nozzle diameter of 1.3-1.4 mm under a pressure of 3-4 bar with an interval between layers of 5-10 minutes. Spray viscosity 16-18 sec. DIN 4 at 20°C. The thickness of one layer is 20-30 microns.
Storage conditions and time:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight. Varnish – 24 months at a normal temperature of 20°С. Hardener – 18 months at a temperature of 20°С.
