Auto Enamel Mixon Acryl

Two-component acrylic enamel with a high level of gloss and increased resistance to mechanical and chemical influences.

It is used for repair painting of bodies of passenger cars, buses, trucks.

Gloss degree GL90 (high gloss).

Surface preparation:

If necessary, level the surface with Mixon putty. Sand the puttyed surface with abrasive paper P80-150. Next, a Mixon primer from the Car Refinish or Silver Line series must be applied to the puttyed surface. Grind the surface of the primer with abrasive paper P320-400 «on dry» or P600-1000 «on wet». Clean the thoroughly polished surface of the primer, degrease with Mixon 770 silicone wash and dry.

Mixing proportions:

• Auto enamel Mixon Acryl – 2 parts by volume.
• Hardener Mixon 720 – 1 part by volume.
• Mixon 740 Diluent – 10-15% by volume of the mixture.
• Application time from the moment of mixing with the hardener – 2 hours at 20°С.

Drying time:

14 hours for 20°C. 45 minutes for 60°C.

Instructions for use:

Adhering to the proportions, mix the components to a uniform consistency. Apply in 2-3 layers with a gun with a nozzle diameter of 1.3-1.4 mm under a pressure of 3-4 bar with an interval between layers of 5-10 minutes. Spray viscosity 18-22 sec. DIN 4 at 20°C.

Storage conditions and time:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life is 24 months at a temperature of 20°C.
